and just quickly I wanted to say thanks. Our group of friends and family
just returned from our 10 days in sunny Mexico. Although I had very limited
time to spend with Musical Spanish, before we left, I was very surprised
how well it served me. I instantly became our groups semi interpreter. Your

Learn from the words and music to songs like La Bamba and Guantanamera, with accompanying Spanish lessons designed to make learning as effortless as possible!
Finally an idea whose time has come...what better way to learn a language than through music and song. Having been an ESL teacher and personally seen the power of music in the classroom, I think this is a brilliant idea and beautifully presented. Each song is thoroughly examined in terms of its grammatical elements. All these elements are clearly delineated in each chapter. It's amazing how much you can learn from one song. For example in "Cielito Lindo" we are introduced to 12 different verbs, not to mention question words, adjectives, nouns, clarifiers and so on. For years, I've been singing along to many of these songs. Now, for the first time I know what I'm singing about, and I am beginning to understand how the different elements of the Spanish language work together. I just hope this is the beginning and there are more musical Spanish books to follow.
Highly recommend for the beginner. Lots of fun and has good sound. She has a nice listening voice and lots of helpful information. Her explanations are broken down nicely and easy to understand. Good choices for songs.
EXCELLENT learning tools. Stacey is to be commended, as she teaches in a very knowledgable,experienced, and un-intimidating way. It is a very fun and interesting way to learn, easy to understand, and her pronunciation is so very helpful. This is by far the best "self-instructing" learning resource I've found.
I simply have a hard time expressing with words how much I like this course. I am a beginner at learning Spanish (1yr), but I've worked very hard at it.
