Hello,
and just quickly I wanted to say thanks. Our group of friends and family
just returned from our 10 days in sunny Mexico. Although I had very limited
time to spend with Musical Spanish, before we left, I was very surprised
how well it served me. I instantly became our groups semi interpreter. Your
simple course made my trip so much more enjoyable.
Before we return I will spend a lot more time with it. Thanks, Al

A Great Way to Learn Spanish, June 15, 2005
Finally an idea whose time has come...what better way to learn a language than through music and song. Having been an ESL teacher and personally seen the power of music in the classroom, I think this is a brilliant idea and beautifully presented. Each song is thoroughly examined in terms of its grammatical elements. All these elements are clearly delineated in each chapter. It's amazing how much you can learn from one song. For example in "Cielito Lindo" we are introduced to 12 different verbs, not to mention question words, adjectives, nouns, clarifiers and so on. For years, I've been singing along to many of these songs. Now, for the first time I know what I'm singing about, and I am beginning to understand how the different elements of the Spanish language work together. I just hope this is the beginning and there are more musical Spanish books to follow.
Great fun and easy.....very enjoyable., December 23, 2003
Highly recommend for the beginner. Lots of fun and has good sound. She has a nice listening voice and lots of helpful information. Her explanations are broken down nicely and easy to understand. Good choices for songs.

EXCELLENT learning tools. Stacey is to be commended, as she teaches in a very knowledgable, experienced, and un-intimidating way. It is a very fun and interesting way to learn, easy to understand, and her pronunciation is so very helpful. This is by far the best "self-instructing" learning resource I've found.
I always look forward to your newsletters. Thank you, Stacey, for your interest and creativity in helping others learn!
I feel lucky to have found you Musical Spanish., April 17, 2003
I simply have a hard time expressing with words how much I like this course. I am a beginner at learning Spanish (1yr), but I've worked very hard at it.
This course truly has helped me understand many things that I just didn't understand before purchasing Musical Spanish. The instructor quickly and
clearly helps you to lace and tie your boots so to speak. I am just so impressed. I'm not saying that this is the only tool you will ever need, but
it sure is one that I want in my tool box!
Learning by music, a great method., November 4, 2002
I've had two years of college Spanish and additional courses on Advanced Spanish. For me, reading, writing, and speaking came much easier than audibly understanding the language. Stacey's combination of books and CD's shows that music is a very effective way of learning the vocabulary, grammar, and audibly recognizing words all at the same time. I wish I had her program a long time ago.
Excellent job Stacey.
Great for on the road, January 9, 2007
Provides a great way to learn spanish on the road. The traditional songs are made more up beat encouraging you to sing a long, helping you to learn the language. The kids also like the part where it teaches the spanish alphabets. I still feel the needs to supplement with a flash card review and/or workbook.
